LETTING CONDITIONS |
| PRICE INCLUDES Linen, bedding, towelling robes, electricity, cooker gas, constant hot water, central heating (when required), use of swimming pool and bikes. Pool towels are available at no extra cost, please see booking form. Linen with weekly change consists of:- sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. |

RENTAL PERIOD Bookings can be made for any period, (minimum 1 week) subject to availability. The changeover day is Saturday/Wednesday depending on cottage, with lettings being available from 16.00hrs and terminating at 10.00hrs on day of departure. Arrival time can be anytime between 16.00hrs and 18.00hrs, if you anticipate arriving later than this, please telephone us to let us know. |

| CLEANING Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving their cottage clean and tidy on departure. In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring the cottage up to standard, a deduction will be made from the breakage/excess cleaning deposit. |

| BREAKAGE/EXCESS CLEANING DEPOSIT A payment of £300 or 300€ (which is to accompany the booking form) will be required to be held against damage &/or excess cleaning. Provided there is no problem a full refund will be made a few days after your holiday ends. |

| INSURANCE It is a condition of letting that you have adequate Holiday Insurance for your personal liability. The use of the swimming pool and the bicycles are at your own risk. |

| CANCELLATION You must inform us in writing should you have to cancel. Your booking may be passed on to someone else with our written agreement or we will do our best to re-let, and if successful, will refund all monies less the deposit which is non-refundable. |
